2. Services

Washed Windows provides professional window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include:

  • External window cleaning
  • Internal window cleaning
  • Conservatory cleaning
  • Fascia cleaning
  • Guttering cleaning

The specific services to be provided will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or by email.

3.2. The price for our services will be as quoted on our website or as agreed at the time of booking.

3.3. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed.

3.4. We accept payment by cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.

3.5. Regular cleaning schedules (4-week or 8-week) may be eligible for discounts as specified at the time of booking.

4. Access and Preparation

4.1. You are responsible for ensuring that our cleaners have safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring cleaning.

4.2. You should remove any valuable or fragile items from window sills and surrounding areas before our arrival.

4.3. We reserve the right to refuse to clean any windows or areas that we deem unsafe or inaccessible.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

5.2. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted price.

5.3. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to adverse weather conditions that would affect the quality of our work or pose safety risks.

5.4. In the event of a cancellation by us, we will reschedule at the earliest convenient time for both parties.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1. We carry public liability insurance to cover any damage that may occur during the provision of our services.

6.2. Any claims for damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of the completion of the work.

6.3. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or defects to windows, frames, or surrounding areas.

6.4. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

7. Quality Guarantee

7.1. We guarantee the quality of our work and will rectify any issues reported within 48 hours of service completion.

7.2. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us immediately so that we can address your concerns.

8. Privacy

8.1. We respect your privacy and will only collect and use your personal information as necessary to provide our services.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
